Authorisation to be filed: authorised representatives must file authorization before hearing, stating relationship or employment capacity. Authorised representatives under the Authority for Advance Rulings (Procedure) Rules, 1996 must file a written authorisation before commencement of the hearing; if the representative is a relative the document must state the nature of the relationship, and if the representative is regularly employed by the applicant the document must state the capacity in which they are employed.
