Power to remove difficulty lets the Authority correct implementation issues in advance ruling orders within statutory limits. The Authority may, on its own motion or on an application by the applicant or the Commissioner, remove any difficulty arising in giving effect to its orders, insofar as such removal is not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act.
