Registration suspension and cancellation require website publication, communication to the MGA, and immediate cessation of MGA business. Publication of an order suspending or cancelling the certificate of registration is effected by display on the Authority's website and communication to the MGA. On suspension or cancellation, the MGA must cease carrying on any business as an MGA from that date. The provision sets out the publication mechanism and the immediate consequence of loss of registration.
