Disclosure and prior approval obligations govern managerial changes, updated filings, and additional information requests for managing general agents. Managing General Agents must obtain prior approval for specified governance changes, including changes in principal officer, branch head, directors, name, or corporate or registered office, and must inform the Competent Authority of any director resignation. Any change in previously furnished information relating to the list of MQPs or claims under the Professional Indemnity Policy must be reported within seven days. The Competent Authority may also require further data, documents, or information at intervals and in the manner it specifies.
