Appellate remedy against Central Government orders under the Companies Act must be filed within forty-five days. A new appellate remedy is inserted for orders passed by the Central Government under this Part of the Companies Act, 2013. Any person aggrieved by such an order may prefer an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal within forty-five days from the date of receipt of the order, in the prescribed manner and on payment of the prescribed fee.
