          <h1>Amendments to section 38 replace 'auto-generated statement' with 'statement', revise subsection (2) clauses, effective 01-10-2025</h1> Amendments revise the wording of section 38 to replace 'an auto-generated statement' with 'a statement,' and to alter subsection (2) by changing references from 'auto-generated statement under' to 'statement referred in.' In subsection (2) clause (a) the conjunction 'and' is omitted; clause (b) is amended to add 'including' after 'by the recipient,'; and a new clause (c) authorizes inclusion of 'such other details as may be prescribed.' The amendments take effect 01-10-2025.
