It modifies timeframes in subsection (3) to specify 'seven days from the date of receipt of the order' and substitutes 'Bench' with 'Interim Board' in subsection (7). Subsection (10) is amended to include both the Settlement Commission and Interim Board. A new subsection (12) empowers the Interim Board to extend the time limit in subsection (8A) by up to twelve months from its constitution date.
