Order authentication: tribunal orders must be signed and dated, with separately reasoned signed dissents permitted. Regulation 14 requires every order or judgment of the Tribunal to be signed and dated by the Chairperson and Members who heard the case; a Chairperson or Member dissenting from the final conclusion must record reasons separately under their signature and date.
