Adjournment of hearings: Tribunal may adjourn for sufficient cause but limits on total adjournments apply. Regulation 10 permits the Tribunal, when sufficient cause is shown at any stage, to adjourn a hearing and fix an appropriate time or date, subject to the procedural constraint that the Tribunal shall not grant more than three adjournments during the course of the whole proceeding.
