of <h1>Tribunal Can Grant Up to Three Adjournments for Sufficient Cause Under Competition Appellate Tribunal Regulations 2011</h1> The Tribunal has the authority to adjourn hearings if a sufficient cause is demonstrated at any stage of the proceedings. However, it is restricted to granting no more than three adjournments throughout the entire proceeding. This regulation is part of the Competition Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations, 2011, under the Law of Competition.
