Payment of duty and removal of goods: new prescribed manner and conditions under customs provision introduced. Amendment inserts a new clause empowering the authority to prescribe the manner and conditions for payment of duty and removal of goods in relation to clause (C) of sub section (1) of section 65A, enabling rules or notifications to specify how duty is paid and the conditions for removal when that clause applies.
