Originating goods: wholly obtained or produced in Parties' territory, or meeting applicable origin criteria for preferential treatment. Originating goods include those wholly obtained or produced in the territory of one or both Parties, and goods produced in the territory of one or both Parties using non-originating materials provided they satisfy the applicable requirements of rule 4 or the Product Specific Rules of Origin in Annexure B.
