<h1>Certificate of Origin for India-Australia Trade: Valid 12 Months, Must Meet Annexure-A, Includes Unique Number and Authorized Seal.</h1> The Certificate of Origin under the India-Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement is issued by an authorized body in the exporting country upon application by an exporter, producer, or their representative. It must include an authorized signature and seal, either manually or electronically applied. The certificate must be in English, specify that the goods meet origin requirements, contain information as per Annexure-A, and remain valid for twelve months. It applies to single importation of one or multiple goods, provided each qualifies as originating. It must have a unique number and may cover multiple invoices for a single importation.
