of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Order: Repeal or amendment of laws doesn't affect previous rights or proceedings.</h1> The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Adaptation of Central Laws) Order, 2020, states that the repeal or amendment of laws specified in its Schedule does not affect the previous operation of those laws or any rights, obligations, penalties, or legal proceedings established under them. These can continue as if the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019, or this Order had not been enacted. Furthermore, actions taken under the repealed laws are considered valid under the corresponding provisions of the Central Laws now applicable to Jammu and Kashmir, unless replaced by new actions under the extended Central Laws.
