of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Order, 2020: Pre-October 31, 2019, legal actions remain valid despite law adaptations.</h1> The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Adaptation of Central Laws) Order, 2020, specifies that any adaptation or modification of laws altering the exercise of powers does not invalidate actions taken before October 31, 2019. Notifications, orders, commitments, attachments, bye-laws, rules, or regulations made before this date remain valid. They can be revoked, varied, or undone similarly as if they were made after the Order's commencement, provided it is done by the competent authority and in accordance with the applicable provisions.
