<h1>Suspension of a tribunal member facing Supreme Court judge inquiry for misconduct or incapacity, pending final government orders</h1> Permits the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of India and having regard to the gravity of charges, to suspend a Tribunal Member against whom a reference has been made to a Judge of the Supreme Court for investigation of misbehavior or incapacity, notwithstanding rule 4 and without prejudice to action under that rule. The suspension operates as an interim measure and continues until the Central Government passes final orders upon receipt of the Supreme Court Judge's report.
