Scope of application: rules govern president, judicial and technical tribunal members, excluding sitting High Court judges under constitutional provision. The rules apply to the President, Judicial Members and Technical Members of the National Company Law Tribunal and to Chairperson, Judicial Members and Technical Members of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal appointed before the commencement of the specified finance provision; sitting High Court judges appointed as Chairperson, President or Member are excluded and remain governed by the applicable constitutional provision for the duration of their service as High Court judges.
