of <h1>Dividends Can't Be Distributed Until Trustee Files Preliminary Report Per Regulation 34 of IBBI Rules 2019.</h1> Regulation 34 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Bankruptcy Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Regulations, 2019, addresses the distribution of dividends during the bankruptcy process. The bankruptcy trustee is prohibited from distributing dividends until a preliminary report is filed with the Adjudicating Authority, as per sections 174 and 178. Additionally, any costs associated with the bankruptcy process must be deducted before distributing dividends.
