Upon approval, goods loaded on a railway vehicle must be securely sealed with ECTS seals, and the information must be recorded in the web application. The proper officer is responsible for endorsing all copies of the transshipment declaration with the seal number, retaining one copy, and providing the other two to the railway vehicle operator. The authorized carrier must submit one copy at the Indian land customs exit and the other at the Nepalese port of final discharge.
