Transhipment of cargo to Nepal under electronic tracking system establishes regulatory control and commences on Gazette publication. These regulations, titled Transhipment of Cargo to Nepal under Electronic Cargo Tracking System Regulations, 2019, are made under the enabling provisions of the Customs Act to govern transhipment and movement of consignments to Nepal through an electronic cargo tracking mechanism, and they come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
