Upon retirement, they are entitled to pension, gratuity, and commutation of pension according to applicable retirement rules. They cannot carry forward earned leave but may receive cash equivalent for leave salary per prior rules. After their term ends, they may receive cash equivalent for earned leave, with a combined maximum limit of 300 days when considering leave encashed from both previous service and Commission tenure.
