of <h1>Customs and Central Excise Settlement Commission officials can contribute to General Provident Fund per GPF (Central Services) Rules, 1960.</h1> The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Members of the Customs and Central Excise Settlement Commission are permitted to contribute to the General Provident Fund Account in accordance with the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1960. Their contributions are to be made in the same manner as other Central Government Servants, as specified under the Customs and Central Excise Settlement Commission (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Members) Rules, 2015.
