of <h1>SEBI can reject certificate applications not meeting Regulation 6 requirements, applicants can request reconsideration within 30 days.</h1> If an application for a certificate does not meet the requirements of Regulation 6, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) may reject it after allowing the applicant an opportunity to be heard. The rejection decision, along with reasons, will be communicated in writing. An aggrieved applicant can request reconsideration within thirty days of receiving the rejection notice. SEBI will review the reconsideration request, provide another hearing opportunity, and communicate its final decision in writing promptly.
