SRO recognition procedures require prescribed application, governance disclosures, fee remittance, and certificate issuance and renewal. Provides the procedural framework for recognition, renewal and withdrawal of a Self Regulatory Organization under the Regulations. Applicants must apply on Form A with governing documents, board resolution, prescribed fees and detailed Annexure information on membership, board governance, committees, office bearers and dispute resolution; undertake compliance with Regulation 4; the Board issues a certificate in Form B1 and renews it by Form B2 subject to prescribed timing; withdrawal follows a show cause notice in Form C.
