Renewal of recognition requires a timely Form A application with prescribed fee and may be renewed subject to Board terms. Renewal requires an application in Form A filed not less than three months before expiry, accompanied by the prescribed renewal fee, and to be dealt with as far as may be like an application for a fresh certificate; the Regulatory Board may renew the certificate in Form B2 subject to such terms and conditions as it deems appropriate.
