        Supply of information to importer: Customs must disclose the right holder's name and address and relevant consignment details. Upon request by the importer or an authorised representative, the Deputy Commissioner of Customs or Assistant Commissioner of Customs must inform the importer of the right holder's name and address and may, without prejudice to protection of confidential information, provide additional relevant information about a consignment suspended from clearance.
