of <h1>Failure to File Information Return Under Section 123 of GST Act 2017 May Lead to Daily Penalties</h1> Under Section 123 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, if a person fails to furnish an information return as required under Section 150 within the specified period, the proper officer may impose a penalty. This penalty amounts to one hundred rupees for each day the failure continues. However, the total penalty shall not exceed five thousand rupees.
