Deemed exports: domestic supplies may be notified when goods don't leave India and payment is received in rupees or forex. The Government may, on the recommendations of the Council, notify certain supplies as deemed exports where goods do not leave India and payment is received in Indian rupees or in convertible foreign exchange, provided such goods are manufactured in India.
