Financial and administrative authority over appellate benches may be delegated but remains under presidential direction and supervision. Section 114 vests the State President with financial and administrative authority over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and permits delegation of those powers to another Member or officer, provided the delegate continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
