Revocation of cancellation of registration: cancelled registrants may apply for reinstatement; officer may revoke or reject after hearing. Subject to prescribed conditions, a person whose registration was cancelled by the proper officer may apply in the prescribed manner within the statutory time limit for revocation; the proper officer may, following prescribed procedures, either revoke the cancellation or reject the application, provided the applicant is given an opportunity of being heard, and a revocation under the corresponding central enactment is deemed to operate as revocation under this statute.
