Power to make regulations enables government to issue notifications creating regulations consistent with the Act and rules. Section 165 authorises the Government to make, by notification, regulations consistent with the Tripura Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules made thereunder to carry out the provisions of the Act, establishing a delegated-legislation mechanism limited by consistency with the Act and rules.
