Delegation of financial and administrative powers allows the State President to allocate authority while preserving supervisory control. The State President is vested with financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches and may delegate those powers to any other Member or officer, provided that any delegated powers are exercised under the continuing direction, control and supervision of the State President.
