<h1>Taxpayers Can Seek Instalment Payments for Dues Under Section 80 of Tripura GST Act 2017, Excluding Self-Assessed Liabilities.</h1> Under Section 80 of the Tripura Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a taxable person can apply to the Commissioner to pay due amounts in instalments, excluding self-assessed liabilities. The Commissioner may permit monthly instalments up to twenty-four months, with interest under Section 50, subject to prescribed conditions. If a person defaults on any instalment, the entire outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable without further notice, and recovery proceedings may commence.
