of <h1>Section 92: Tax Obligations Transfer to Court-Appointed Managers for Businesses Under GST Act 2017</h1> Section 92 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, stipulates that if a taxable person's business estate, subject to tax, interest, or penalty under this Act, is managed by the Court of Wards, the Administrator General, the Official Trustee, or any court-appointed receiver or manager, the financial obligations will be imposed on and recoverable from these entities. They are treated as if they were the business operators themselves, and all applicable provisions of the Act and its rules apply to them in the same manner.
