Revocation of registration: registered persons may apply to challenge officer initiated cancellation; officer may revoke or reject after hearing. A registered person whose registration was cancelled by the proper officer may apply, subject to prescribed conditions and within the prescribed time and manner, for revocation of the cancellation; the proper officer may, within prescribed procedures and periods, either revoke the cancellation or reject the application, but rejection shall not occur without giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard, and a revocation under the Central Act is deemed a revocation under this Act.
