Apply for Revocation Within 30 Days Under West Bengal GST Act 2017, Section 30</h1> Under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a registered person whose registration has been cancelled by a proper officer can apply for revocation within thirty days of receiving the cancellation order. The proper officer can either approve or reject the revocation application, but must provide an opportunity for the applicant to be heard before rejection. Additionally, if a registration cancellation is revoked under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, it is automatically considered revoked under this Act as well.
