Financial and administrative powers can be delegated but remain under the State President's direction and supervision. The State President shall exercise prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches and may delegate such powers to any Member or officer; delegated powers must be exercised under the continuing direction, control and supervision of the State President.
