of <h1>Central Government Can Appoint Interim Leaders for Security and Debts Recovery Tribunals in Case of Vacancy</h1> In the event of a casual vacancy in the office of the Chairman, Chairperson, President, or Presiding Officer of the Security Appellate Tribunal, the Central Government can appoint the senior-most Vice-Chairperson or an appropriate member to officiate the role. For the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, the Central Government can appoint the Chairperson of another tribunal to fill the vacancy. Similarly, for the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the Chairperson of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal can appoint a Presiding Officer from another tribunal to officiate the position.
