Oath of office and secrecy required for tribunal members before assuming duties, signed in specified forms.

Every appointed member of a tribunal or appellate authority - including Chairpersons, Presidents, Vice-Chairpersons, Accountants, Administrative, Judicial, Expert, Technical Members, Presiding Officers and other Members - must make and subscribe an oath of office and an oath of secrecy before entering upon office, executed in the prescribed Forms I and II annexed to the rules, as a precondition to assuming duties.
