<h1>Government Can Remove Tribunal Members for Insolvency, Conviction, Incapacity, Conflicts, or Abuse; Consultation Required for Chairperson.</h1> The Central Government has the authority to remove a Member from office based on the recommendation of a designated Committee. Grounds for removal include insolvency, conviction for an offense involving moral turpitude, physical or mental incapacity, conflicts of interest affecting duties, or abuse of position detrimental to public interest. Members facing removal for reasons other than insolvency must be informed of the charges and given a chance to respond. Additionally, the removal of a Chairperson or member of the National Company Appellate Tribunal requires consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
