Can Issue Orders to Resolve GST Act Implementation Issues Within 3 Years Under Section 172</h1> Section 172 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, allows the government to address difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions. On the Council's recommendations, the government can issue general or special orders, published in the Official Gazette, to resolve such issues without contradicting the Act or its rules. These orders must be issued within three years from the Act's commencement. Once made, each order must be presented to the State Legislature promptly.
