Final return requirement: cancelled registrants must submit prescribed return within three months of cancellation or cancellation order. Every registered person who was required to furnish returns under the regular return provision and whose registration has been cancelled must furnish a final return in the prescribed form and manner within three months of the date of cancellation or the date of order of cancellation, whichever is later.
