Power to make regulations enables government to issue regulations by notification consistent with the Act and rules. Section 165 empowers the Government to make regulations by notification to carry out the provisions of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017; such regulations must be consistent with the Act and the rules made thereunder.
