Verification and signature requirement: authorised persons must sign and verify registration applications, and one application may cover multiple locations. An application in Form 'A' must be signed by the appropriate authorised person-proprietor, partner, Karta or manager, company officer, authorised government officer, or principal officer of an association-and verified as prescribed. A dealer with multiple places of business within a State must submit a single application naming one place as the principal place of business and file it with the notified authority for that place, provided that the named place is not inconsistent with the dealer's declaration under the State general sales tax law.
