Duplicate registration certificate: dealer must apply to notified authority and pay prescribed fee in court fee stamps to obtain replacement. Where a dealer's certificate of registration is lost, destroyed, defaced or mutilated, the dealer may obtain a duplicate copy by applying to the notified authority and paying the prescribed fee of rupees five, which shall be paid in the form of court fee stamps.
