          <h1>Dealer registration: authority must verify application completeness and fee payment before issuing a Form B certificate.</h1> Registration requires the notified authority, after enquiry, to be satisfied that application particulars are correct and complete and that the prescribed fee has been paid; on satisfaction it must register the dealer and issue a Form B certificate and copies for other places of business. If not satisfied or if the fee is unpaid, the authority shall reject the application with written reasons, but only after giving the applicant an opportunity to be heard and to correct particulars or comply with the fee requirement.
