<h1>Power of President to remove difficulties permits orders adapting constitutional provisions to implement the amendment within a limited period.</h1> Power of President to remove difficulties authorises the President to make orders, including adaptation or modification of any provision of the Constitution as amended or law, as appear necessary or expedient to remove difficulties in giving effect to the Constitution as amended by this Act; every such order must, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before each House of Parliament.
