          <h1>Commencement of the constitutional amendment allows staged entry into force by Central Government notification under the Act.</h1> The Act is titled the Constitution (One Hundred and First Amendment) Act, 2016 and comes into force on such date or dates as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; different dates may be appointed for different provisions and any reference to commencement in a provision is a reference to the commencement of that provision.
