<h1>Constitution (101st Amendment) Act, 2016: Sections 1-11 and 13-20 Enforced from September 16, 2016, by Finance Ministry.</h1> The remaining provisions of the Constitution (One Hundred and First Amendment) Act, 2016, came into effect on September 16, 2016, with Section 12 having already been implemented on September 12, 2016. This notification, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under the authority of the Central Government, specifies that Sections 1 to 11 and 13 to 20 of the Act are now in force as of the appointed date.
