          <h1>Receipt of goods from another warehouse requires verification of one-time-locks and prompt reporting of discrepancies.</h1> Licensees must verify the integrity of the one-time-lock on incoming transport, refuse unloading and inform the bond officer if the lock is not intact, or, if intact, reconcile received quantities with the Form for transfer of goods, endorse and retain copies of transfer and transportation documents, acknowledge receipt on the carrier's document, record the goods, and report any quantity discrepancy to the bond officer within twenty four hours, delivering retained copies to the bond officer and the originating warehouse keeper.
