Forensic audit recruitment: marriage to a person with a living spouse disqualifies candidate, with possible exemption. Rule 5 disqualifies persons who marry someone with a spouse living, or who while having a spouse living marry another person, from appointment to specified forensic audit posts. A proviso allows the Central Government to exempt an otherwise disqualified person if the marriage is permissible under the applicable personal law of the parties and other grounds justify exemption.
