Service of notices may be made by post, approved courier, civil procedure methods, electronic records, or other prescribed means. Service of notices and other communications may be effected by post or Board approved courier, by service in the manner provided under the Code of Civil Procedure for summons, by electronic record, or by other prescribed means including fax or electronic mail, and the Board may make rules specifying addresses including electronic mail addresses for such delivery.
